Meet Dawn
Dawn is the owner of the property and manager of the admin for the enquires. She has been coming to Cornwall since her childhood. Her father was born in Penzance so she’s half Cornish herself. Her parents were the original occupiers of the property and if you ask any of the neighbours they’ll tell you that they have very fond memories of Colin and Chris. After Colin sadly died in 2020 Dawn couldn’t bare to see the cottage go, so with the help of Emma she breathed new life into the property. Dawn is very excited to be welcoming new and returning guests as well as guests that are friends and family.
Meet Emma
Emma is the creative media and marketing manager for Chy An Holidays She has been coming to Perranuthnoe before she was born. Growing up with amazing holidays and lots of fantastic memories, Emma has loved Cornwall for as long as she can remember. Its as close to her heart as her other love for acting (@emmabeaactor). Emma also knew that the cottage couldn’t be sold so she rolled up her sleeves and learnt new skills in order to modernise the cottage. She also painted her first Mural in the preparation of this property. Emma has lots of ideas for the future of Chy an Holidays, but for now she is excited that new and returning guests can make memories in the place she has loved for so long.
