It is your responsibility as a visiting guest  to ensure the house rules are followed at all times and are based on common respect and courtesy.

We ask you to leave the property in the same condition you found it in and your cooperation is greatly appreciated for the enjoyment of others that will be staying after you.

• Dogs need to be kept on a lead whilst in the garden or supervised as the garden is not secure
• No smoking or vaping inside the property
• No undisclosed guests
• Property must be left clean and tidy
• Accidents happen but please contact us if there are any breakages or damage
• Any damages/breakages must be paid for

Check out time is at 9:30

Self check in via lockbox(to be arranged with owners)

Please do not leave any rubbish behind this can be disposed of at the bins by the farm (details can be found in the folders in the property)
