If you have a change of plans then no problem, you can receive a full or partial refund depending on when you cancel.
Booking confirmed – Deposit paid 100% refund within 24 hours of booking
1 month after booking – 50% of deposit refunded
6 weeks before arrival – Full balance of payment MUST be received or your booking may be cancelled with the loss of your full deposit.
4 weeks before arrival – NO REFUND for any cancellation 4 weeks prior to arrival, unless we can rebook your week/s in which case it would be 75% of refund paid (minus 50% of the deposit, to cover admin costs).
